The fast paced and cluttered world we live in can create chronic anxiety, grief, dis-ease and depression. We are often overwhelmed by the pressures of life and work, yet we push ourselves beyond capacity and then crash. Then we deal with injury, trauma and stress like a battle wound and push through, ignoring our bodies signs to slowdown, until it gives in. It is as if we have forgotten how to love and nurture ourselves and we push all of our energy out into the world - but that energy is grey, it lacks spirit and sparkle. My life's work is to inspire YOU (my tribe) to remember your are WHOLE. At your core is love and this love (that is already within you) is the key to transformation, healing and joy.
