Self-care is one of the most important practices for healing and dis-ease prevention. When we neglect ourselves our core-being is depleted and it becomes impossible to live and love fully. When we care for ourselves we create spark within us - this is the light we send out into the world.
Breath is a song that our body and mind dance to. These five "dances" - mantra, meditation, mindfulness, movement, mudra - are the rituals of Yoga and the self-care tools I practice and teach.
