Join other women who are trying to get pregnant in a caring and understanding environment. We support one another by being present without judgment in a circle of shared compassion.

Each class includes a short talk on issues related to fertility, optimal poses for conception and stress reduction. Consideration is given for where you are in your cycle and modification during ART treatments.
