All Yoga Therapy clients begin with an intake session to review your intake questionnaire, assess your needs/goals, and collaborate on a therapy plan.
Yoga Therapy Session (75-minutes) - $115
5-session package - $500
10-session package - $900
Therapeutic Group Classes (75-min)
Therapeutic programs for treatment centers, hospitals and other organizations with client populations that could benefit from therapeutic yoga, somatic movement or breath practices to support wellbeing and recovery. Contact me to receive information about the programming offered
