I have an almost paralyzing fear of heights. I’ve had this fear most of my life. I have always taken to heart the expression that if we face our fear we will conquer it. I can’t honestly say facing my fear of heights has helped me to conquer it. But I have made an effort to face this fear so it would not hold me back from some of the most amazing experiences of my life.
