20-days of summer mindfulness ~ challenge


Summer is here and life feels as wide open as the skies. We've waited for months for the sun and long days. As we fly through the warmth of the season, routines and grounding take a back seat.

To stop the summer from passing too quickly and to keep us a little grounded, I'm inviting everyone to practice being fully present with the #20DaysOfSummerMindfulness challenge

We can work together and support one another so we all keep one toe on the ground. I'll be sending out a new challenge everyday for (you guessed it) 20 days. If you are new to practising mindfulness this will be a fun and easy way to start.

Day 1 - Find a perfect moment in your day. Write it down and carry it with you for the rest of the day, week or month. Use it as a reminder that perfection can exist in every moment - you just have to look for it.
