YOGA-AND-FEMININE.jpg

Yoga and the Feminine

The workshop is for anyone interested in the feminine, in women's health, in using yoga to nourish their wild feminine soul.

In the west the lineage of the physical practices of yoga is almost entirely masculine. Yet, it attracts considerably more women than men. There is even a perception that is "for women" not men. What aspects are drawing women into the practice? And, what influence has the male dominated lineage and our patriarchal bias played into modern practice?

In this workshop we will look at what has been lost and what we have held onto through the lense of the feminine.

The conversation will be followed by a 90-minute yoga practice to nourish women body-mind-spirit.
